Curimba III

Curimba is our irregular series of Bretted saisons with fruit. The beer combines multiple yeast strains that all impart different flavours to the beer. After a couple of months of maturation, we have aged it further on white peaches. The result is a complex beer wit tart, fruity and funky flavours. ABV:7% IBU:

Rog

Our fall/winter special of 2020 is Rog – a rye saison with oranges. The rye gives a spicy, earthy character to this slightly amber beer, while the oranges add a marmalade sweetness. Our house saison blend does the rest. Autumn in a glass! ABV:6% IBU:

Doorn

Doorn is a barrel-aged wild dark beer with 160 g/L local black berries. A vinious, sour and rich beer filled with aromas of coconut, vanilla and dark fruit. Aged for 30 months on oak barrels.
