Artemisia Absinthium (2020)(Sour - Other)

In our search for sour-bitter combinations, we infused a beer, barrel aged for about a year, with dried wormwood flowers from our garden. The beer itself was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat and aged hops. Bottled January 2020.
