Oud bruin is a typical style of our region between Kortrijk en Oudenaarde. This beer is a blend of our own young- and 2 year old wood aged oud bruin. For complexity we added some of the marvelous „Jacobins Foederbier“ from our neighbours in Bellegem, brewery Vanderghinste ABV:5% IBU:

Sigma aged on red wine barrels. Imperial Oud Bruin. Fermented with our own wild house yeast strain ‚Morpheus‘. ABV:8% IBU:5
