Phi aged on red wine barrels (St-Emelion, Margeaux,Pomerol). A big barrel aged blond sour!

Sour’ire de Mortagne Gerookte Perzik-Smoked Peaches

First batch was an Insight Brewing Collab. Sour’ire de Mortagne with peaches we smoke ourself added to the barrels. Hard to pick a style. Flemish Sour Ale, Fruitbeer as well since we added peached but above all I think Smoked Beer due to the smoked peaches. Fermented with our own wild house yeast strain ‚Morpheus‘.

Stouterik

Belgian Stout in the Irish style with 5{916f6cb40987ec4a5c4fd059881e412eea3e303c890e0ce0bd04cf0c5777de01} alc.: light, dry, and freshly bitter with complex roasted notes. The scent is pleasantly fragranced by the presence of an English aromatic hop particularly appreciated by connoisseurs.

Noir de Dottignies

The heaviest ale on our menu with a very rich taste, coming from the six different kinds of malt we use. These malts also give it that rich, dark, nearly black colour. The royal doses of Challenger and Saaz hops bring the typical balance between sweet and bitter.

Guldenberg

Guldenberg is a high-fermenting, balanced bitter beer. The origin of the name comes from the former Guldenberg-abbey in Wevelgem where monks used to make beer. XX Bitter
